When installing `ingress`, the following information is prompted:
```
Error from server (NotFound): error when creating "/path/to/apisix-ingress-controller/samples/deploy": namespaces "ingress-apisix" not found
```
The cause of the problem is the lack of creation of `namespaces`.
We need to create namespaces "ingress-apisix" before executing the installation command.
