Remaining link to incubator

Hello all

We have one remaining link to "incubator". The 
application/sis-webapp/src/main/resources/sis-location-config.xml file 
contains the following line:

<sis:locationConfig xmlns:sis="http://incubator.apache.org/sis/1.0">

I'm not yet familiar with the sis-webapp module... Does anyone know if 
this URL can be updated, and we can be the new value?

Hey Martin,

Being just a namespace for a config file, it's not a blocker to fix
this before 0.3, but maybe we should file an issue for 0.4 and fix
it then.
