### Descriptions
Hello Dubbo Community,
I am submitting a feature request for support of domain-based service registration and discovery within Apache Dubbo.
Background:
Our organization has several legacy services implemented using HTTP and gRPC protocols. These services currently do not utilize traditional service registration and discovery components, such as Zookeeper or etcd. Instead, we leverage the Kubernetes ecosystem for domain name resolution, allowing us to perform RPC calls based on domain names.
Feature Request:
We would like to see Apache Dubbo support domain-based service registration and discovery. This would enable us to register services and resolve them using custom domain names, aligning with our existing architecture and simplifying our service management.
Benefits:
Enhanced Flexibility: Allowing domain-based registration would enable smoother integration with existing services that rely on domain name resolution.
Reduced Complexity: Eliminating the need for additional components like Zookeeper or etcd for service discovery would streamline our architecture.
Improved Compatibility: This feature would enhance compatibility with our current deployment strategies and workflows.
We believe that this feature would greatly benefit users with similar use cases and enhance the overall functionality of Apache Dubbo.

Currently, there is service discovery support for Kubernetes in the Dubbo extension library. Is it possible to use it? If there are other requirements, could you describe them in more detail? [dubbo-kubernetes](https://github.com/apache/dubbo-spi-extensions/tree/master/dubbo-kubernetes)
