Individual acknowledge not working in a particular environment

Hi,

I have used individual acknowledge mode in my code. When activemq is hard
closed the messages in session object are lost. This happens only one
environment not sure what the reason is. When I tested the same code in
other environment INDIVIDUAL_ACK works as expected.

When searched for the reason in net, found that some has encountered similar
problem. Also it is mentioned that INDIVIDUAL_ACK is not working in NMS. But
could not find the exact reason.

Can anyone explain when INDIVIDUAL_ACK mode will not work and what will be
the solution for it?
