Xalan Distribution

Please setup a distribution with only the Xalan sources.  I think some users
(like me) download Xerces and after that, Xalan; so downloading only the
Xalan sources could save a lot of time specially in slow connections (like
mine).

It could be good to distribute only the diffs in a patch to even easier
updates.
