Modify uima-as pom to include maven 'copy-resource' plugin to copy the right files to target/maven-shared-archive-resources/META-INF. This is the place from which the source packaging plugin gets the appropriate LICENSE and NOTICE files when building source distribution. Configure the 'copy-resources' plugin to run in maven's 'process-resources' phase.
