   ## Brief change log
   Add readMapReduceTextFile both for java and scala API.
   Add HadoopTextFormatITCase.java for mapreduce.
   Add HadoopTextFormatMapreduceITCase.scala.
   
   ## Verifying this change
   
   This change is already covered by existing tests, such as HadoopTextFormatITCase and HadoopTextFormatMapreduceITCase.
