[jira] [Created] (LEGAL-160) UnboundID LDAP SDK Free Use License
Sergio Fernández created LEGAL-160:
--------------------------------------
Summary: UnboundID LDAP SDK Free Use License
Key: LEGAL-160
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LEGAL-160
Project: Legal Discuss
Issue Type: Question
Reporter: Sergio Fernández
For preparing the first incubating release of the Marmotta project, we have a dependency with the following licenses:
https://www.unboundid.com/products/ldapsdk/docs/LICENSE-UnboundID-LDAPSDK.txt
And we are not totally sure if this custom licence is compatible with ASL2... Can you please give us any advice?
Thanks!

It is not compatible with the ALv2 (or any other open-source license)
due to the unilateral termination clause.
(There might be other problems but that one is the most obvious.)
