   Last fixup commit: 
   - Update `MessageUid` for indexed document 
   - The logic `fetch-reindex-delete` should be done in `Expunged` event, because then we can retrieve old and new MessageUid, (old Uid in the event, new in MailboxStoreManager). We can't retrieve the old Uids with `Added` event.
