If I temporarily modify pom to reference the version without [] it is ok again, but I can't leave it like this in the project.

Now it seemed to be fine when I initially generated idea:idea project (dependency was at 2.6.2 version then). Recently it has been upgraded, and I went back to re-generate the core module via idea:module. The error I got:
