Apache SOAP with ATG Dynamo

Wondering if anyone has written docs for installing
Apache Soap 2.1 with ATG Dynamo?  Such instructions
are curiously absent from xml.apache.org.

I've spent the last few days performing this
installation, and now that I've got it working,
I am going to write up some docs to make it
easier for the next guy...

unless someone has already done so?
