jaxrpc problem in tomcat 6

While running jaxrpc tests in Tomcat I noticed a problem with how
service-qname and soap-header elements in web.xml are processed. It
looks like the structure for these elements expected by Tomcat's
digester does not match the j2ee_web_services_client_1_1.xsd schema
inside servlet-api.jar.

I opened http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=42436 with
a web.xml attachment that demonstrates the problem. Applying the
patch attached to that issue allows those jaxrpc tests to pass.

Best wishes,
Paul
