turning off tracing for notifications

How do I modify the trace/log settings for notifications?  In muse.xml,
I set <log-level> to OFF, yet I still see notification messages being
printed as INFO to the console.  They aren't appearing in the muse.log,
but I'd like to stop them from going to the console, too.

Thanks Dan!  Looks like I had it set as "true" and didn't know it:)
