sample code for accessing xindice throgh tomcat

hi 
 
i  deploy the xindice.war file on a tomcat server it is working
fine. when i type http://localhost:8080/xindice/db/addessbook
on browser it is connecting properly.
 
 
but when i want to access xindice db throug java prgm using 
same url it gives me run time error
 
will anybody send me some sample code for accessing xindcie db
which is configured  on tomcat throgh java prgm
