[users@httpd] child process exited

Hello,

I get the following error in error.log:

[Tue Oct 29 11:04:53 2002] [notice] Parent: child process exited with status
1073807364 -- Restarting.

I've Apache 2.0.43 with mod_ssl and PHP support on Win2k

It seems to stand in connection with the ThreadsPerChild option.

The Apache Server exited with an error when I click many times to some sites
on the server. Sometimes the server is killed completely and I've to
restart.

What can I do?
