   ## Summary
   
   Localize the consumer group table and import-preview display (`instance/consumer.tsx`) by wiring the page to existing `consumer.*` keys plus seven new ones:
   
   - Import preview table: 行号/Group 名称/状态/说明 columns and the 成功/失败/无效/待导入 status tags
   - Main table: Group 名称/订阅组类型/订阅模式/在线客户端/总堆积量/消费延迟/创建时间/修改时间/操作 column titles
   - Copy-name tooltip ("点击复制名称")
   - Row action buttons 详情/重置位点
   
   New keys: `consumer.importLine/importNote/importSuccess/importFailed/importInvalid/importPending/copyNameTooltip`; everything else reuses keys that existed but were never wired (`consumer.name/subType/subMode/onlineClients/totalLag/delay/createdAt/updatedAt/action/detail/resetOffset`, `common.status`).
   
   ## Why
   
   Both tables and their status tags rendered entirely in Chinese in the English UI.
   
   ## Testing
   
   - `vitest run src/pages/instance/__tests__/ConsumerPage.test.tsx` → 24/24 passed
   - `tsc --noEmit` → clean
   - `eslint` on changed files → 0 problems
   - zh render unchanged
