[jira] [Created] (ARROW-15616) [R] [CI] Fail the build if there is a documentation mismatch?

Jonathan Keane created ARROW-15616:
--------------------------------------

Summary: [R] [CI] Fail the build if there is a documentation mismatch?
                 Key: ARROW-15616
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARROW-15616
             Project: Apache Arrow
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Continuous Integration, R
            Reporter: Jonathan Keane

We want to make sure that we are documentating as we go. One possible solution is to add a CI job that fails the build if rogygenize() writes anything new out (h/t Neal)
