Hello ,

we have set up a apache Mirror at apache.atviraskodas.com. 

We are a Lithuanian Open Source (lith. atviras kodas) Project at the beginning, even though, we have choosen to host our Server in central Europe in cause of the much better telecommunication infrastructur to the World outside the Baltics.


    * URL: http://apache.atviraskodas.com 
    * Country :  Germany  (We are a Lithuanian Project,  as soon as the telecomunication infrastucture comes better in the baltics, this Server is  likely to move to     Lithuania, in such case we willl inform you about it, so you can list us under the right country)

    * Update frequency :   4x a Day
    * Rsync repository used:   rsync.eu.apache.org

The cronjob was running under the wrong user wich didn't have sufficiant write privleges, I changed that and the mirror updates now properly every 6 hours.
