A new distribution jar will be created for unix platform.
For running the management eclipse-plugin on platforms other than windows following steps should be followed.
1. Install the eclipse-plugin-unix .
2. In the management eclipse-plugin install directory (eg $HOME/qpidmc) the required platform specific RCP runtime binary (eg eclipse-RCP-3.2.1-linux-motif.tar.gz) from http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.2.1-200609210945/ should be extracted.
3. set QPIDMC_HOME to install dir ($HOME/qpidmc)
execute the qpidmc.sh script to start the management console.
