VXQuery Administrative tasks

Hi Jochen,

I was wondering if you receive mails sent to vxquery-dev@ and 
vxquery-private@. We have a few administrative tasks that need to be 
taken care of. Once you let me know that you get mails on the two 
mailing lists, I will start the discussion of the actual tasks on 
vxquery-private@.
