allmodules.xml
This page http://httpd.apache.org/docs-project/docsformat.html makes reference
to allmodules.xml file in the last section "Special Files". Is this still required?

It has been replaced by sitemap.xml in the main manual directory.
Nobody has updated the website yet, and we may wind up switching it back.
