[Bug 117954] Pre-Defined Label Templates No Longer Correctly Fit Page (Avery Labels, etc.)

Label size, left margin and top margin are OK, it seems. 
But paper size for generated document is not match with the original label
paper.

When I choose "Avery Letter Size" - "5160 Address", the generated document 
has the page in the following size: 
-   User: 21.47 cm x 26.71 cm
- Letter: 21.58 cm x 27.94 cm
It's different from Letter size. When I change the paper size to Letter, 
the bottom margin seems ok. But I can not test it on real paper because I do
not 
have the label sheet.

There is no parameter for label settings to set the generated page size, so
workaround is 
set the page size to math with the real paper.
