The following issue has been updated:

Committed test case and equals() overrides on revision 36779.  However we still need to do more work on this later.  equals() currently does not take into account the attribute syntaxes while comparing attributes.  We need to make sure this is done later some time.  Hence we are changing the summary to reflect that.
    Changes:

             summary changed from Create equals() for LockableAttributeImpl and test to LockableAttributeImpl.equals() must account for Attribute syntaxes
