Right now, the bugzilla down alerts are caused by stupid crawling. The tooling we have is not currently setup to automate the blocking of abusive IPs and manually has to be added to the cloud lb in RAX.

Remove the cloud lb in RAX.
Replace proxy1-us-mud.priv.a.o with a public facing proxy and take advantage of loggy+blocky.
