   Verified #32123, one observation, it seems there is a need to update the unreleased [documentation](http://apache-airflow-docs.s3-website.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/docs/apache-airfalow/latest/authoring-and-scheduling/deferring.html#high-availability) to reflect the new dynamically calculated threshold instead of the hardcoded 30-second time.
