The path to the next version

Hello Alvaro,

couple of days ago you have asked what would be the URL for 5.1.0 download
I have answered
https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua/openmeetings/5.1.0/bin/apache-openmeetings-5.1.0.tar.gz

This URL is the correct for manual download only
for automatic download (i.e. with `wget` or `curl`) you should use
https://archive.apache.org/dist/openmeetings/5.1.0/bin/apache-openmeetings-5.1.0.tar.gz
this URL will be available forever

you can find all releases under
https://archive.apache.org/dist/openmeetings/
