This is to allow a clean workup of both sites, to then export, without history, as a statically built starting point for the new NetBeans website using SSG building tools along with tools supported by the NetBeans IDE.

Consider this the parent story of that work. Once done, the last steps will be to clean the Apache NetBeans Incubating website repository, and then bring over the referenced repository without extra history, to start with as clean a slate as possible to not have repository bloat as a good lot of the old NetBeans.org site will be removed, as some of it is not necessary.
