+# Arrow Developer Scripts
+
+This directory contains scripts useful to developers when packaging,
+testing, or committing to Arrow.
+
+Merging a pull request requires being a committer on the project.
+
+* How to merge a Pull request:
+have an apache and apache-github remote setup
