   The license information in the DTD was white-space corrected. The license info in
   the *.ent (entity definitions) files was added after asking for clarification
   on site-policy@w3.org.
   
   Statement from Wendy Seltzer (Strategy Lead, World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)):
   
   Hi Matthias,
   
   W3C makes the DTD and entity files available under the Software License,
   as you identified. They apparently incorporated some definitions from
   ISO SGML, hence the reference to ISO 8879. I can't speak to ISO's terms,
   but W3C does not assert any claims incompatible with Apache licensing.
