[jira] [Resolved] (JAMES-3185) Update gitignore to ignore jenv and Eclipse configuration files

David Leangen resolved JAMES-3185.
----------------------------------
    Resolution: Won't Fix

We should not enfoirce as a project which tool people are using to contribute to it.

Thus users should rely on their local configuration to specify the files git should ignore related to their tools.

I rather encourage you to set up a {{~/.gitignore}} file with your IDE files to be ignored.

> I am using jenv (which allows me to select the correct version of java for compiling James) and Eclispe as my IDE. These tools have configuration files that should not be committed, but make my local git repository messy. Would be great to update .gitignore to allow users of those tools to ignore the config files.
