- Add packaging for flink.  I've created a getting started w/ bigtop video anyone can use to create a test/dev setup for this.  They can also read https://blogs.apache.org/bigtop/entry/getting_involved_with_bigtop_packaging .  
- Add puppet recipes for flink.  We usually steal the spark ones as a they are a minimal example of a master/slave puppet deployment.  Probably flink is similar.
- Add a smoke test.  Again you can easily copy any test from smoke-tests/ and just change the code around.  
- (optional) Implement BigPetStore-Flink.  Me, [~smarthi] and [~rnowling] can spec that out.
