If the list of drillbits in Zookeeper has an invalid entry the C++ client gives intermittent connection failures. Sqlline is able to handle this corerctly.

Eg.
In zkCli we see an invalid entry 'bogus-entry' :
[zk: 10.10.10.1:2181(CONNECTED) 21] ls /drill/drillbits1  
[33bb3d9a-06cc-4818-b1c2-423941f972a0, 92260f26-896b-46eb-968a-7ca08b193a17, bogus-entry, 886491a1-9552-4202-b434-afc38afe2523, 61a40cf1-d5e5-41e5-bb70-3233852e221f]
