experiment to let users discover the misc aspects of build output:
- modules that are not published to remote repository
- attached artifacts that are configured to be ignored by reproducible builds checks, because known to not be reproducible (like javadoc, for example)
- path to artifact on disk during build vs path to file on remote repository

this experimental goal is a first step at envisioning a new format for buildinfo : TBC...
