jenkins.impala.io maintenance downtime

Hi,

The public Jenkins instance for Impala will be taken offline shortly for
maintenance and upgrades.
The outage is expected to take less than an hour; mail will be sent when
the service is available again.

Jenkins is up and running again.
Some UI elements have changed; this was caused by upgrading
to the latest LTS version, so don't be alarmed.
