Unable to build poi 1.8

Hi! All,

     I am not able to build poi 1.8. I am getting the following error while
preparing the build.

BUILD FAILED
file:C:/poi1.8/tools/antipede/build.xtarget:203: C:
\poi1.8\tools\cents\automagic.cent.cent not found.

Please advise on what needs to done.
