What is the status of this "bug"? This causes problems in our jsf based
application with a couple of hundreds users. I tried Brians fix with no
improvement, memory is still occupied and not gc:d. However, I deployed the
application in Glassfish and there the charcater array gets gc:d. Any ideas
what to do?
