[PR] fix(site): give docs pages a unique document title [iggy-website]
justinmclean opened a new pull request, #83:

Four pages titled "Introduction" and six titled "Examples" all rendered the same document title, pooling their visits in analytics and in search listings. Prefix the chapter in metadata only - the heading is unchanged.
