[MARKETING] Review of French Youtube Video for Changing Derby Database

Hi Everyone

Nicolas has posted a link for an OFBiz Youtube video in French showing how
to change from the standard Derby database to Postgres. I've reviewed it and
it looks fine to me but I wanted to check if anyone from our french
community wanted to review it too.
