Site changes for TLP

The site has been published to directory.apache.org, but there are still
some incubator references, e.g., the incubator logo, the URL in the graphic,
etc.

Yep we have several touch ups that need to be done to the site before 
any official announcements are made.  I hope to be freed up to help make 
these changes within the week.  Any volunteers to help out would be 
greatly appreciated.
