   Would you address https://github.com/apache/hadoop/pull/3923#issuecomment-1020721954? You'll need to do the followings:
   
   - Create a separate jira to track the small fix
   - Remove the fix from this PR
   
   Then I will merge this PR and backport the separate fix. Thanks.
