One Day Delay on fop-0_14_1

Hi, all

My apologies. I tried on Saturday but CVS was acting up. After that guests 
showed up and this is the first I've been near the computer, and this only 
for a bit.

Tomorrow looks OK and I'll get that binary out there. Thanks for your
patience.
