docs: fix missing word in BytesLikeIndexMap field comment (#26472)
## What
Added the missing word 'to' in the doc comment on
BytesLikeIndexMap::map, which read 'Map from non-null literal value the
first occurrence index'.
## Why
A small, objectively-verifiable improvement (typo) found during a
daily open-source maintenance pass (2026-10-18).
## How verified
Read the surrounding code. The field is a HashMap<Vec<u8>, u32> from
literal bytes to the first occurrence index, so the sentence needs 'to'.
git diff shows a 1-line change in 1 file. I did not run cargo fmt or
clippy; the change is a comment only.
