Steps:

  1. Deploy agents manually.
  2. Add custom hostnames using to ambari-agent.ini.
  3. Restart all ambari-agents.
  4. Deploy cluster via UI.

Result: quick links use internal hostnames instead used in step 2 (IPs). I
tried to restart ambari-agents manually, but behavior was not changed.
