jenkins build modification build - maven

Hi,

 

As the https://builds.apache.org/view/M-R/view/NetBeans/job/netbeans-TLP/ is
able to build .m2 from master (and publish to master) with the apache
nbm-plugin (no more codehaus)

Build has source over here: [1]

It was adjusted during 11.2 .

 

I propose to remove the following build only dedicated to .m2

https://builds.apache.org/view/M-R/view/NetBeans/job/netbeans-linux-experime
nt/

I propose to remove the following build because the release process change
and the [1]

https://builds.apache.org/view/M-R/view/NetBeans/job/netbeans-release/

 

I removed the .m2 building part of the following job

https://builds.apache.org/view/M-R/view/NetBeans/job/netbeans-linux/

 

 

I don't want to force a move to pipeline. But (versioned) groovy file are a
bit more readable than a job done using old way to setup build.
