Lewis John McGibbney resolved NUTCH-1622.

Resolution: Fixed
[~jnioche], I resolved this one for now... you guys addressed it in trunk and it is just polluting Jira if let in this state e.g. open but addressed.
I've opened NUTCH-1816 to track this so we can move on. Thanks and great work.
