Problem installing Cocoon 1.8 with JRun 3.0

Hi to all the cocoon gurus,
 
I'm installing cocoon on a NT server machine with IIS4.0 and the JRUN 3.0
engine.
 
When I type the URL of one of the sample index.xml files, I only get the
text of my xml nodes.
 
It seems that no XSLT transform is done.
 
As anyone already succeeded with the same config ? Is there a web site which
gives the basic steps for that config ?
