This isn't Appveyor related after all - happens on Travis too.
I ran the {{py27}} tox env without cov and with {{-v}} pytest flag, and couldn't make out the error. See Travis run [here|https://travis-ci.org/apache/incubator-ariatosca/jobs/243202127].
