> Since the packages are not explicitly annotated they used to be ProviderType with an old version of the maven-bundle-plugin but now are by default ConsumerType (https://github.com/bndtools/bnd/commit/5935e70ba990e40a95e14fb932158ebf8d2225fe). We should not rely on defaults but rather make those types explicit.
