I have installed the OpenOffice 4 from the file
Apache_OpenOffice_4.0.0_Win_x86_install_el.exe
The administration profile is "admin", another profile is "Κώστας" which
includes greek letters but not polytonic and another user profile is
"Κωνσταντῖνος"
which includes greek polytonic letters.
In the profiles "admin" and "Κώστας" all are ok. In the profile "Κωνσταντῖνος"
when I try to start the OpenOffice 4 a popup windows says in greek:
"Δεν είναι δυνατή η εκκίνηση της εφαρμογής"
"Παρουσιάστηκε γενικό σφαλμα κατά την προσπέλαση της κεντρικής διαμόρφωσης"
and the application does not start.

I believe that something happens with the greek polytonic letters in the
profile "Κωνσταντῖνος"
