Blake Eggleston commented on CASSANDRA-17096:
---------------------------------------------

Post rebase changes look good for the most part. Your branch does have a few failing unit tests. I've pushed a branch [here|https://github.com/bdeggleston/cassandra-accord/tree/repair-review-2] with some minor cleanups and feedback (in the {{TODO (review)}} format)

> Accord requires replicas apply a consistent prefix of agreed operations, and permits many operations to be in-flight and depending on each other. These both benefit from strong liveness properties to ensure the system is always able to make rapid progress. To this end, we will introduce a gossip-like mechanism for communicating knowledge about the replication status of known transactions. Nodes will frequently reconcile their knowledge of each other’s knowledge with each other, so that the status of a transaction on other nodes can be rapidly determined.
